The library provides a variety of services for children:

  • Print books, Vermont Book Award titles, magazines, audiobooks, DVDs, games, circulating STEAM kits, and other Library of Things items are available in the library. Physical materials (books, DVDs, etc.) may be requested for self-service pick-up by placing a hold in the Library Catalog, calling us at (802) 878-6956, or emailing us at This email address is being protected from spambots. • We continue to add Digital Resources and make recommendations for games and online resources that you can enjoy from anywhere.
  • Regularly scheduled Programs for Little Ones and Ongoing Programs for Children start in September or October and run through mid-May; they follow the school schedule. Summer Programs start in June and run through July or early August. Check out our Events Calendar for an up-to-date listing of programs.
