Using the Library Catalog

The Brownell Library catalog is a searchable site that will show all the items that can be checked out from the library.

You can log in to your account in the catalog to see if a title is available, to renew titles, and to place holds.

The login for your account is the entire number on the back of the library card. The password is your last name with the first letter capitalized (ex. Smith). Once in the account, you can change your passwords. Call the library to reset a password.

For Brownell card holders to place a hold on Brownell Library items, log into your account. Click on the title you are interested in and click the "Place Hold" button and then the "Submit Hold" button.  

For any other holds call or email the library.
